Pet urine and other contamination can travel below the visible carpet fibers into the backing, pad or even the surface underneath. That is why odor problems are not always solved by cleaning the carpet surface alone.
ACC can inspect affected areas and recommend treatment based on the extent of contamination. We will be straightforward about what we believe can be improved and when more extensive treatment may be necessary.

No company can responsibly guarantee removal of every stain. Results depend on the substance, carpet fiber, how long it has been present, prior treatments and whether permanent fiber damage has occurred. We will make a professional effort and communicate realistic expectations.

Drying time varies with carpet type, soil level, cleaning conditions, airflow, temperature, and humidity. Most carpet should be left undisturbed until it feels fully dry. Your technician can provide guidance based on the conditions at your property and may use air movement and dry passes to support faster drying.
Small and easily movable items should be picked up before the appointment when possible. If you have larger furniture or questions about what needs to be moved, ask us when scheduling.
