Grout lines and affected areas are mechanically or manually agitated as appropriate to help loosen accumulated soil.

Professional equipment is used to rinse and recover loosened soil and cleaning solution where appropriate.

We inspect the cleaned areas and discuss maintenance or additional recommendations when appropriate.
Honest Expectations
Dark or uneven grout is not always caused solely by removable soil. Age, wear, previous sealers, staining, damaged grout, repairs and other conditions can affect the final appearance.
ACC will make a professional cleaning effort and communicate realistic expectations. We don’t promise that every grout line will return to an identical or original color.

Grout can be porous and may hold soil and residues that routine mopping does not fully remove. Mop water can also redistribute soil into grout lines over time.
Cleaning can significantly improve many grout lines, but final results depend on age, staining, wear, repairs, previous sealers and the condition of the grout. We don’t guarantee every grout line will return to its original color.
ACC can clean many common ceramic and porcelain tile floors. Specialty tile and natural stone require different considerations, so contact us with details about your surface before scheduling.
