Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address, service address, city and ZIP code.
- Service details: the services you request, approximate number of rooms or items, pet stain or odor information, preferred day and time, photos you choose to send, and any notes you provide.
- Booking and payment information processed through our scheduling and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Communication records: call, text and email history related to your quote or job, including your SMS consent status and the date and method it was given.
- Job documentation: notes, moisture readings and photographs of the work performed, kept as part of our service records.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type and pages viewed, collected automatically to operate, secure and improve the site.
How we use your information
We use your information to prepare quotes and estimates, schedule and perform services, confirm and follow up on appointments, process payment, respond to your questions, maintain job and insurance documentation, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platforms, is done solely for the purpose of delivering those messages on our behalf. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
SMS consent is optional, is never a condition of purchase or of receiving service, and is collected through an unchecked checkbox that you must affirmatively select (or by your verbal request to our office). You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- With service providers acting on our behalf — scheduling and booking software, messaging and email providers, payment processors and IT support — under obligations of confidentiality and only for the purpose of providing their service to us.
- With your insurance carrier, property manager or landlord when you ask us to or when the job requires it.
- Where required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure site performance and understand how visitors use the site, including analytics services such as Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
Data retention and security
We keep customer and job records as long as needed for business, tax, insurance and legal purposes, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Children
Our services and this site are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
